Jody E. Bacqué - President


Biography

Jody BacqueJody E. Bacqué brings 25 years of business acumen to his role as President of Intelli-Val, LLC, having worked most recently as Senior Vice President of Asset Sales with Hilco Industrial, LLC. Jody accumulated business expertise anchored in the sourcing and structuring of opportunities primarily in the Energy, Construction and Transportation segments. He executed initiatives designed to enhance visibility for companies looking to maximize their return on under-utilized assets. In his brief history at Hilco Industrial, he secured some of the highest profile deals and expanded the sector footprint to include Marine, Seismic, Sub-Sea Well Intervention, and Mining.

Having a keen understanding of the value of business assets, both tangible and intangible, has allowed Jody to excel in capital asset acquisition and disposition. He has specific expertise in structuring customized transactions to maximize value through private treaty sales, auction platforms, or principal purchases. Since the clientele served is broadly diverse, including private equity firms, hedge funds, lenders, trustees, and receivers, it requires an intimate knowledge of each of those industries, and their respective outlets for tangible returns. Jody has established powerful relationships with business leaders, strategic operators, and end-users in various sectors on a global basis. Each of these industry experts provides critical insight for assets such as machinery and equipment, industrial inventory, manufacturing, real estate, consumer products, accounts receivable, and intellectual properties.


Walter Boasso, Jr. - Senior Director


Biography

Walter BoassoWalter Boasso, Jr. brings a wealth of experience to Intelli-Val, having most recently worked at Hilco Industrial, LLC, where he reported directly to Jody Bacqué, the Senior Vice President of Asset Sales. At Hilco, Walter's responsibilities were diverse and critical to the success of the enterprise, preparing him for the opportunity with Intelli-Val.

While at Hilco, Walter managed capital asset acquisition and distributions, totaling more than $50 million in value over the course of his time with the company. He also oversaw the proceedings for online auctions of assets, as well as live, on-site auctions, and contributed to the development of opportunities with restructuring officers, bankruptcy trustees, financial institutions, advisory and turnaround professionals, and debtor's counsel.

His duties further took in the analysis and monitoring of opportunities in the distressed market, as well as public bankruptcy filings. In addition to these responsibilities, he developed valuation estimates and sales projections for the company's partners around the globe, in Mexico, Brazil, Canada, China, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.


Steven J. Feldman - Advisor


Biography

Steven J. FeldmanSteven J. Feldman has over 40 years of experience in the valuation and sale of manufacturing machinery. After earning a BA in Economics from Syracuse University, Steven went to work buying and selling used metalworking machinery for Morey Machinery Company in upstate New York. He then spent the next 22 years working in the industrial auction business rising to the title of Vice President for both Industrial Plants Corporation and Norman Levy Associates.

Steven became a licensed auctioneer in 15 states and was in on the ground floor of the formation of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA) in 1983. Moving over to Hilco Global in 2001, he helped to create Hilco Valuation Services eventually becoming the vice president and senior managing partner of that LLC overseeing a group of 15 machinery and equipment appraisers. In 2012 he sold his partnership interest in Hilco and formed SJF Auctions LLC. He continues to be an active presence in the appraisal and sale of manufacturing machinery.

As a USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) compliant Certified Equipment Appraiser in AMEA, Steven completed or reviewed appraisals in a variety of industries. They include CNC Machine Tools, Stamping, Metal Fabricating and Welding, Coil Steel Processing, Foundry and Primary Metals, Metal Recycling, Automotive, Aircraft and Aerospace, Ceramic Tile Manufacturing, Plastics and Rubber Molding, Lumber and Woodworking, Food and Chemical Processing, Textiles, Electronics, Computers, Printing, Packaging, Graphic Arts, Paper Converting and Paper Production.

Steven also continues to consult with financial institutions on asset based loans and recovery as well as testifies as an expert witness in litigation.

Blakely Bacque

In her role, Blakely is responsible for Forecast Preparation and Assessment, Financial Due Diligence and Reporting, and Net Asset Analysis in Distressed Matters. In addition, Blakely provides comprehensive accounting and modeling for Managed Liquidations, Assignment for Benefit of Creditors, and related Insolvency Dispositions.









Alexis Bacqué - Director of Marketing


Biography

Alexis BacqueIn her role, Alexis is responsible for Marketing Campaigns and Business Development Initiatives which target new opportunities and services our existing sales efforts. Alexis manages content and distribution for all brochure, letter, emails, and social media websites. In addition, her role includes the planning and organization of events, sponsorship, advertising, public relations, and competitive research.
